Welcome to the Sacred Trees Club, Baobab Collection's exclusive loyalty program designed to enhance your fragrance experience and reward your loyalty. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. General Sales Terms and Conditions

Participants in the Sacred Trees Club acknowledge and accept Baobab Collection's general sales terms and conditions. 

2. Individual Ownership and Account Registration

The Sacred Trees Club is designed for individual ownership. To open an account, participants must register with their name, email and birthday. Each member is required to have a unique email address associated with their account. 

3. Points Accumulation and Benefits

Members can easily earn loyalty points through online shopping on the Baobab Collection website or by making purchases in one of our physical stores. One point is equivalent to one dollar spent. The tiers for benefits are as follows: 

• The Seedling Member (Up to 349 points): Redeem your points for a special gift.  
• The Sapling Advocate (350 points to 749): Step into the sophisticated tier with a surprise birthday gift, exclusive pre-access to new collections (48h) and free shipping on redeemed gift. 
• The Arboreal Guardian (750 points to 1,499): Ascend to the realm of refined fragrance with a surprise birthday gift, exclusive pre-access to new collections (48h), access to VIP events and free shipping on redeemed gift.  
• The Patron of the Sacred Tree (1500 points or more): Become a true maestro of scents and enjoy unparalleled privileges: a surprise birthday gift, exclusive pre-access to new collections (48h), access to VIP events and archive sales, and free shipping on redeemed gifts. 

Earn Social Behavior Points too!  

• Refer a Friend: Earn 200 points when you refer a friend. You will receive the points once your friend makes a purchase from Baobab Collection and joins our Loyalty Program. Your friend will also enjoy a free soap bar on their first order.
• Follow us on Instagram: Get 50 points simply by following us on Instagram.
• Add your birthday: Add your birthday to your profile to receive 50 points.
• Fill in your phone number: Complete your profile with your phone number and earn 50 points.
• Create a customer profile: Sign up and create an account to instantly receive 100 points.
• Subscribe to our newsletter: Subscribe to our newsletter and get 150 points to start your journey.

The program's rewards, perks, and promotions remain accessible until inventory depletion or the expiration date for time-limited items. Program rewards can also be changed. 

4. Flexibility in Points Redemption

Members can choose when to use their accumulated points, and if they decide to spend them, the balance will be reduced by the redeemed amount.
Your points are valid for 12 months from your last point-earning activity. Every time you earn new points, the 12-month period resets. If no new points are earned within 12 months, your balance will expire automatically.

Here are the different gifts that members can redeem with their points: 

• Hand cream: 300 points  
• Hand wash gel: 500 points  
• Max 10 candle: 1000 points 
• Duo diffuser 500ml & Max 10 candle: 2000 points  

Please note: A minimum order value of $100 is required to redeem points.

5. Benefits Retention

6. Personal Data Protection

Baobab Collection values your privacy. Any personal data collected during your participation in the Sacred Trees Club will be used solely by Baobab Collection and will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without your consent. 

7. Communication about the Program

Baobab Collection will communicate important information and updates about the Sacred Trees Club program via email and/or SMS. Members are responsible for keeping their email address or phone number up to date to receive program-related communications. 

8. Validity Period

The Sacred Trees Club membership begins on the date of enrollment. When you create an account on our website, you automatically become a member of the Sacred Trees Club, and your tier is determined by the points you earn. Your points are valid for 12 months from your last point-earning activity. Every time you earn new points, the 12-month period resets. If no new points are earned within 12 months, your balance will expire automatically.

9. Claiming Rewards

To claim physical rewards, members go on the Baobab Collection US website or in a physical Baobab Collection store.

For an online purchase: In the first tier, if no other purchase is made, members have to pay for shipping for their gift. In the second, third and fourth tiers they will benefit from free shipping for their gift. 

10. Reselling and Returns

Free gifts received as part of the Sacred Trees Club rewards cannot be resold or returned. Baobab Collection reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of violation. 

11. Modification and Termination

Baobab Collection reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance. 

12. Compliance

Participants are expected to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any violation may result in the termination of membership.
