For a decade, Baobab Collection has maintained a special partnership with an exceptional Malagasy community of artisans to create its raffia-wrapped candles.

Today, this talented cooperative comprises about sixty women whose artisanal expertise and unwavering dedication have preserved a centuries-old heritage while ensuring the well-being of their families through respected and valued work.

The Fondation Coeur Vert is dedicated to preserving our precious ecosystem. At the heart of its action lies reforestation, as part of the Great Green Wall of Africa project, initiated by the African Union in 2007. This foundation has been authenticated by the UN and celebrated by the Ivorian government.

Since 2023, we have been honored to collaborate with this institution actively supporting the Camps Internationaux de Reboisement (CIR). During the previous edition, our contribution enabled the planting of 10,000 baobab trees and the creation of a 5,000 m² vegetable garden, thanks to the expert hands of the women of the local community.

Since 2018, Baobab Collection has been committed to research dedicated to breast cancer. A part of the profits from the Women and Gentlemen scented candles is donated to the Fournier-Majoie Foundation to support the research against breast cancer.
