Looking for candles for home decor? Look no further than the fleur de sel scented candle Belharra. The hand-engraved glass of this decorative blue candle depicts a motif of crashing waves. Belharra is the name of a mythical wave on the shores of the Basque Country, reaching over 20 metres in height. 3km from the shore, this wave is formed due to particular meteorological conditions and the presence of a rocky shelf 15m beneath the surface of the ocean. It is also an ideal spot for scuba diving.

USE

The quality of our scented candles involves a specific burning ritual. Each time the candle is burned, it is important to wait until the entire surface liquefies before extinguishing the candle. This will prevent the formation of craters which are unattractive and make burning more difficult. The first time you light your candle, it will always burn for longer than on subsequent occasions. Allow time for the first layer of wax to liquefy completely. The length of time this takes varies depending on the size of the candle: a MAX10 candle will take 3 to 4 hours, a MAX16, 5 to 6 hours, a MAX24, 8 to 10 hours and a MAX35 will take 12 to 14 hours.
